Yes it is! Just contact us and we'll send you a CD. The CD is similar in layout to the website. It contains all the spec sheets and manuals from the website and does not require Internet access.

1) Some spec sheets and manuals can be quite large. It may take some time to download them over a dial-up connection. Be sure you are giving it enough time to complete the download.

2) Having problems with Acrobat? Most problems stem from installing a newer version over an older one. Be sure to completely remove your previous version before installing a new one. We always suggest a clean re-install of Acrobat to try to solve most problems.

Problems with printing are rare. However, when they do occur, the problem is unique to the user. If adjusting the printer driver settings do not solve the problem, we suggest re-installing Acrobat and then your printer driver. You may also want to try a different printer.
